A Rithmic to Rithmic trade copier is for traders with several Rithmic logins, often at different prop firms. You might trade one Apex account and want the same orders on your Bulenox accounts, or copy a Rithmic 01 brokerage account to evaluations. Heron Copier repeats every entry, exit and bracket change from the master on each slave, in whole contracts.
Heron Copier keeps just one connection per Rithmic login and does not use Rithmic market data. R|Trader Pro can stay open on the master while your accounts copy, and trades from any platform connected to the master login through Rithmic are picked up. Each login is connected with its username, password and system, and the password is stored encrypted. Every slave has its own volume sizing. Sizes are rounded to whole contracts, and a calculated size below half a contract is skipped.
Rithmic accounts run in the Heron Copier cloud only. There is no VPS to rent and nothing to install.
How to set up Rithmic to Rithmic copying
- Add your Rithmic account as the master in the dashboard. Connect it with your Rithmic username, password and system (for example Apex, Bulenox or Rithmic 01).
- Add your Rithmic account as the slave and pick the master it copies from. Connect it with your Rithmic username, password and system (for example Apex, Bulenox or Rithmic 01).
- Choose a volume sizing method for each slave, for example a fixed number of contracts or a multiplier of the master's size.
- Launch. Cloud accounts are usually online in under 60 seconds, and the dashboard shows every copied trade, balance and position live.
About Rithmic
Rithmic is a futures order routing and data service rather than a single app. Traders reach it through R|Trader Pro or third-party platforms such as NinjaTrader, and futures prop firms such as Apex and Bulenox run their accounts on it.
For everything else about the platform, see the Rithmic Trade Copier page.

Frequently asked questions
Can one Rithmic master copy to several Rithmic accounts?
Yes. Add as many Rithmic slaves as you need, each with its own volume sizing, symbol mapping and risk limits. In the cloud every account uses one cloud seat.
Can the Rithmic accounts be at different prop firms?
Yes. The master and the slaves only need to be Rithmic accounts that Heron Copier can log in to. Each slave keeps its own sizing and its own balance and equity protection thresholds.
What happens if a trade fails to copy?
Turn on failed trade copy notifications to get an e-mail alert. The account logs in the dashboard also show the reason, for example a symbol that doesn't exist on the slave or a size below the minimum.
Is there a free trial?
Yes, 7 days with 2 cloud accounts. During the trial a futures slave copies every trade at a fixed 1 contract; a paid license unlocks the other sizing methods.
